The coming week is Week #5 in my training plan and should go something like this:
Monday: 4 miles at 9:58/mile
Tuesday: Pilates
Wednesday: Hills, 7 miles (this makes me nauseated just thinking about it...I'm getting really tired of hills).
Thursday: Pilates, and 4 miles with 2 of those miles at Marathon Pace (9:09).
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 13 miles at 9:58/mile
Sunday: 4 miles easy.
Total: 32 miles
